Completion of Brinks, Hofer, Gilson, and Lione law office at 222 South Main
Bonneville Builders recently completed a beautiful space for a great lawfirm downtown. Brinks, Hofer, Gilson, and Lione moved into the space a few weeks ago. We were excited to work with a great client and for a great developer such as Hamilton Partners.

Subcontractor Availability Results In Reduced Costs Making For An Ideal Time To Build
The current commercial construction climate along the Wasatch Front remains strong however is restrained by the availability of both construction and long term financing. Most projects moving forward either have substantial preleasing or investment capital. With this slowdown in commercial construction activity, subcontractor's capacities have increased and are resulting in lower costs to the owner. Material costs remain stable with slight decreases in steel pricing. Lumber costs remain at a 20 year low and therefore is a preferred material of choice. Expect these conditions to continue until credit conditions improve.
Commercial construction is an intricate process. Please contact us if you have any questions or may like to receive some numbers to help make your decision easier.
